Brooks Alternative Agency Inc is an organization devoted to improving the quality of life for the individuals we serve. Brooks Alternative Agency’s vision is to be known as “The Alternative” to the other direct support and home care agencies
Our goal is to provide quality service to our clientele while ensuring that our staff is providing professional development and continued company support.
Brooks Alternative Agency Inc. provides case management and community based-support services to disabled and elderly clients in the State of New Jersey. In Pennsylvania we provide skilled and non-skilled home care services in client’s home and in the community. The services we provide are provided by our trained Support Coordinators, Supported Employment, and Direct Support, Nursing, Patient Care Assistants, Home Health, or Certified Nurse Aides personnel.
Our administrators take a comprehensive look at the clients needs to determine the next course of action. We put together a plan to ensure that our clients get the supportive services needed in a timely fashion.
